Victorian based family owned business, have been in the housing market for over 10 years. Our journey begins, when we started looking to build our very first family home. We were quite excited, but choosing the right builder was overwhelming. We had discussions with number of builders – frankly, very challenging. Comparison was not easy at-all, as every builder has different floor plans and list of inclusions. Any changes or off the plan requirements, had a skyrocketing price tag.

Wished someone could read our mind and guide us.

We did our ground work, researched and handpicked some of the builders who could work on our requirements and wish list. We enjoyed the journey from start to finish, started as an amateur and developed a hobby out of it.

Since then, we started guiding family & friends to choose practicle floor plans, colour selections & inclusions and getting the house built by right builder at a very competitive price.

Then we thought, why just friends and family, why not the wider community.

So here we are, completely independent, understand the needs especially the emotions behind building first home/ dream home or even investment property as someone going to be calling it home.
